Answer: Introduction Overview of the organisation This proposal has been executed with a motive to generate knowledge of the communication process of the organisation, culture of the organisation and of the technology used by the organisation. Both the aspects plays a vital role for every business, Proper communication channel is needed in every organisation for effectiveness in the process of flow of information. For the better understanding of these aspects an organisation of New Zealand has been chosen and the name of the organisation is ANZ Bank an organisation of finance and insurance industry,which is the largest financial service group operating in different parts of the world with a headquarter in New Zealand. It was founded in 1835. The services offered by ANZ Bank include insurance, cheque accounts, stock brokerage, investment banking and asset based lending and consumer finance. It offering variety of financial services to its clients for the satisfaction of the customers and it provides employment to around 9,000 employe es(ANZ BANK). Aims and objectives Aim of this program is to develop an understanding of the importance of communication and technology and their impact over the business. Objectives of this program are as follows: To analyse the role of communication, culture and technology in an organisation. To evaluate the impact of communication process on an organisation. To evaluate the impact of technology over the performance of the organisation. To evaluate the impact of culture over the organisation. Scope of the project ANZ Bank is operating in New Zealand and in various other parts of the world and it need to adopt these aspects for enhancing its performance. The program needs to be completed within a fixed span of time which acts as a limitation for the program. The program will be executed into different parts or activities so as to gather data for the program. Body This program will cover the role of the communication, culture and technology in an organisation so as to gather information about the impact of these aspects over the performance of the organisation. There are various aspects of an organisation which need to be managed in an effective manner for the purpose of improvement in the performance of the organisation. ANZ Bankneeds to focus on these aspects for managing the operations of the organisation in proper manner and for providing banking, insurance and finance services to its customers in a better manner. ANZ Bank is providing quality services to its customers for satisfying their needs. There is a need to manage the operations in an effective manner by communicating with the different stakeholders, managing a safe and healthy culture for motivating and guiding the employees towards the attainment of the objectives of ANZ Bankand adopt technology for the purpose of increasing the effectiveness of the operations of the business. Communication is an important aspect for every business which helps an organisation in the flow of the information, ideas and thoughts within the organisation so as to exchange the information with each other. Proper channels of communication need to be established in the organisation for effectively performing the operations of the business. For the elimination of the chances of errors or the adverse impact of lack of communication in ANZ Bank a proper channel of communication need to be established (Singh, 2011). There are two modes available for the flow of the information and ideas in ANZ Bank and these include formal and informal communication. Formal communication is the form of communication in which the flow of the information is guided in a particular manner so as to ensure the process of communication in anofficial manner. Informal communication can be understood as the form of communication in which the information flows in an unofficial manner. ANZ Bankneeds to adopt ethi cs for the effective flow of information. Ethical communication can help ANZ Bank in adoption of the responsible thinking in the organisation, decision making process and development of relations of the human resource of ANZ Bank. Ethical communication will result in enhancement in the values and principles of the human resource such as honesty, fairness, truthfulness, responsibility, personal integrity, and respecting others (Swalhah, 2014). Another important aspect of an organisation is culture which shapes the future prospects of the organisation. Culture is the workplace of the organisation which creates impact over the human resource and the behaviour of the human resource towards the others and towards the organisation. Organisational culture can be understood as the system where the assumptions, values, principles, rules, regulations and beliefs are adopted for guiding the human resource of the organisation and the behaviour of the human resource (Rimkuniene Zinkevi?i?t?, 2014). Culture of the organisation directly creates impact over the quality of the human resource and the performance of the human resource and of the organisation. ANZ Bankis focusing over the quality of the culture for enhancing the performance of the employees as well as of the organisation. It needs to adopt a form of culture which shapes the behaviour of the organisation and its employees. Corporate culture is an effective manner which can b e used by ANZ Bank for maintaining its culture. Corporate culture can be understood as principles, beliefs and the behaviour of the human resource which helps in the determination of the manner for interaction of the employees with each other and managing the operations of the business. ANZ Bankneeds to adopt ethics in its culture so as to promote respect and humanity in the employees for others (More Razi, 2010). Technology also plays a crucial role in the enhancement of the performance of the organisation as a whole. Technology gets changed with the change in time and according to the need of the business. With this changing technology the techniques used by the business for execution of their operations get out-dated and affects the effectiveness of the business. ANZ Bank is finance, banking and insurance services to its customers and for meeting the demands of the customers and matching with the expectations of the customers it need to adopt the changing technologywhich helps in improvement in the services offered by the bank (Elkina Shashkova, 2016). Adoption of the advanced technology enhances the performance of the employees as well as of the employees and brings effectiveness in the operations of the business. In this fast changing world technology is used for the providing services to the customers as well as for the promotion of the products. Social media, newspapers, advertisements and radio announcements are the most common forms which are being used by the business for the promotion of their products. ANZ Bank is using social media platforms for the promotion of the products in the market and to interact with the customers so as to collect the experience or the complaints of the customers in relation with the services offered by the business. ANZ Bank should use technology for improving the quality of the services and its performance (Arduini, et. al., 2013). Data and research methods Data collection methods: for the collection of data primary as well as secondary sources will be used. Surveys will be conducted for the collection of primary sources and data will be collected from internet, website of the company for the collection of secondary data (van Gelder Van Daele, 2014).
